Delta Community Credit Union in Johns Creek, GA

The worst inefficient banks I have seen in the recent days. It took me more than 30 mins, just to deposit a check. I'm lucky that I don't do banking with them.

I've been banking with them for over 5yrs and my 1 time going to this branch would make anyone want to close their account!!! So unprofessional-they come off EXTREMELY prejudice. I'd rather drive 1.5 hrs to go to the branch across town then to give them my service!!!

I have a business and a personal account with this bank and I frequent the Johns Creek, GA branch most often. Their drive-thru ATM machine is always down or broken and there is always a line to see a teller inside. On duty there is always only one teller working inside and often that teller is going back and forth between the drive-thru window while servicing clients inside. I still don't understand the purpose of having the two people sitting at the front desk as you enter because they appear to be doing nothing and add no value. They should be crossed trained to be overflow tellers. This bank is run so inefficiently, not to mention the representatives on their 800#. They know absolutely nothing!!! I have a feeling that this credit union won't be around long. Very poor customer service!!! If I could give it a no star, I would...

Staff is friendly and courteous. Sometimes it takes a while to get through the line but that's usually because the people being helped are having weird complicated transactions. Been coming here for over 4 years. No complaints.

I have an account with GOCU but Delta is right next to my office and they have reciprocity with GOCU. The Delta staff is always helpful.
