BB&T in Hiram, GA

They take too long! Saturday they close at 12. Only one ATM on that bank while other banks have two. Update June 2015! I went to change my address and they gave me the walk around. They just told me to call a phone number behind my bill. I called and after a while got the option to talk to an operator. Managed to change my address. I hope it work!

Went into this branch to order checks on January 13th. 2 weeks later called to check on the status and discovered the checks were not ordered. So we ordered again. Called yesterday to check on status and she said they were on the way. Later that day, I see the charge for the checks on my account!! I guess she didn't want to tell me that they weren't ordered AGAIN!! It should not take 3 times to get checks ordered!! Changing branches today!!

It's 9:11 and your office in Hiram, GA is not answering the phone they are closed?? REALLY

Never had a problem with the staff at this branch. They are always smiling and Friendly. Trust me if I ever have a problem, I will be updating. but so far so good

Recently closed an account with a large sum of money it because of the continued bad service at this location. In my experiences with this location is the staff is poorly trained, especially in customer service. Staff is generally rude and argumentative. Have seen numerous customers have problems at this location. Being friendly is one thing, but standing there talking with a customer for minutes after all banking is completed is disrespectful to everyone else waiting in line. So the staff is friendly to people they know outside the bank, but not to general customer.
