Rita's Jewelry Pawn & Gifts in Griffin, GA

I was ripped off! Only reason I went here was b/c a friend recommended it. I wanted to sell some gold "stuff". I had 30 grams worth of 10k and 14k gold rings, earings, etc. Some with real diamond "chips" and two rings with real saphires. They paid me $350 for all of it and refused one ring. After I left, I took the one ring a 5 gram,14k gold mother's ring to another pawn store and was paid $110 for it. I truly believe Rita's conned me.

I was not sure what this this place opened and when I showed up about 30 minutes early I was greeted with the owners walking up and the Hyper masculine guy was very rude. "We don't open until 9am, can't you SEE the SIGN on the DOOR?!" it was as if he were outraged that a customer was waiting. I don't know about most establishments, but I know that when I worked in customer service that this was not how you greeted a customer. I had enjoyed Rita's as my preferred pawn shop, However I think that since my business is obviously unwanted that I will be going elsewhere from now on. It's shameful that they treated a solider and his wife this way, Very unpatriotic.

I walked in and was greeted immediately by a friendly sales lady. She waited very patiently as I asked to see things that were in a case. I will definitely shop here again.

I always receive friendly greeting and professional service. Never had an issue pawning or pulling my items out of pawn. Great place and i would recommend Rita's to my friends.
