Worst place EVER to get a loan! Customer service is Horrible! Will be paying of ASAP and never doing business with them again. They are rip offs!

My main complaint is with the Manager, I believe her name is Andrea. I've had a loan with them since July. Up until now I've had no complaints. The assistant manager that used to work there was very nice, Adrienna is very nice as well as the other employees. Adrienna knew I was going through some hard times and was willing to work with me as I've never ever went outside the month, only a week or two past my due date. Last month when I spoke with her I made the payments she asked. I always communicate with them as well as hold my promises to pay. If they call, I answer and if something changes I call them. Yesterday a new girl Tracey calls me. I am speaking with her about my accounts and she keeps putting me on hold and talking to her manager. She asked me to come and sign an extension. I told her no problem as long as my job would let me be a little late and they aren't trying to get me to sign something saying I will pay more than I can afford. If she's just asking me to sign something saying I agree to pay what I said then great. I explained I would have no problem getting completely caught up next month. I explained I have missed work caring for a sick relative and with their passing. She transfers me to the manager; Andrea, and that's where the problem starts. She gets; what could be considered, verbally abusive when I don't tell her what she wants to hear, threatens me with legal action and when I tell her that I'd be all caught up by the time I even had to answer the petition she says "should I just go ahead and add the $150 now then?" I'm not that far behind, you would think I owed 6 months worth of payments. She mocks my situation after I told her she had better hope she is never in the position I am in and being treated as she is treating me. She kept over talking me to the point where I had to raise my voice and then she called me crazy. She laughed when she asked what I did at my job and I told her. She acted as if she were superior and was better than me. This went on for about 10 minutes. They prey on people that need to renew their loans over and over. I'm thankful that I don't. If I had known someone such as Andrea worked there I would never had gotten any loans with them in the first place and I dang sure wouldn't have renewed it. If you have a loan with them you really need to record all conversations. The manager will tell you that's illegal however Ga is a one party state meaning as long as YOU are on the phone you can record without having to let anyone know you are. Also, since you are not trying to collect a debt you also don't have to let it be known (you're not a debt collector, they are). Any abusive or harassing behavior is in violation of the GA ILA, which governs all loan company's that do loans for $3000 or less and for terms no longer than 36 months and 15 days (not including banks). They also failed to provide a copy of all of my paperwork which is also a violation of ILA. Look up the Ga Industrial Loan Association, it will explain your rights. If you have any self respect do not go here. Once I get caught up I will only have 4 more payments and I will be done. Go to First Franklin. The one where I live has no turn over (same people have been there for over 10 years) and they completely understand life happens, will work with you, not talk to you like a piece of trash and not try to make you leave work (losing more money) to come sign something that they can easily put in the computer. They will not threaten you with legal action when they don't hear what they want. Threatening with legal action without actually intending to go through with; just to try and make someone pay money (scare tactic), is also a violation of the ILA. The FDCPA doesn't protect you here but the ILA does. Know your rights!
