Extremely long wait times in line and to see a representative. They really do not respect their customers time...if you must go there pack your lunch AND dinner!

I'm giving the overall bank company a zero. Ever since their update it has nothing but been hell with this company. I don't understand how they were down for over a month to improve the system but all it did was worsen it. My money isn't put into my account like it was before for direct deposit. Refunds that I have requested back were withheld by this bank before I had to ask them where my money was and they try saying it was the third party fault but I had proof that they already sent over the money and it was just THIS DAMN BANK FAULT. And now I'm getting charged for excess withdrawal when before I was warned if I reach my limit on withdrawing online. They are a bunch of thieves going behind people's back and taking their money. And when you speak to someone about it they say very rudely that its not our fault that i didny know. If your going to change something then inform people. Cause i was not informed that you will automatically take money from my account for me transferring money from my savings and checkings without warning me I'm over the limit. So I highly advice anyone who uses this bank to check your account cause this new system change has caused hell for those who have been loyal to them from the Start...now i am going to look for a new bank. I've never been more dissatfied with a bank then I am with this bank!
