Great and friendly banking!!!

My name is Ashley Anderson and I want Lanier Federal Credit Union to know how horrible their services are. The mobile banking is garbage. It's always down and never shows anything. your only Atms location suck because they are so slow. It's the 21st century, and it seems like they are using dial up internet to run their ATMs. Take your money some where else. WORST CREDIT UNION EVER!!!

I found it very upsetting when I woke up this morning to see that my account was overdrawn due to an unauthorized (illegal) transfer from my checking account to a loan account with Lanier Federal Credit Union. This is highway robbery and I honestly don't understand why this happen. After emailing Todd and Jodie on several occasion(s) to fix this issue, they continue to ignore my emails The explanation provided still does not make since to me and it has left me in a financial bind. Upon entering Lanier Federal Credit Union, the next business day to speak with Ms. Jodie who informed me that the transaction was legal per loan document(s) signed by me (which was untrue). Upon further discussion I asked Ms. Jodie if she could please reverse the transaction-charge because it was an illegal / Unauthorized transaction and to please show me legal documentation that would have been signed by me stating it was okay (she never found those documents). This is so sad that you, Lanier Federal Credit Union would take such a small amount from me without my authorization. No respect or consideration for their customers. I can't believe this happen. I tried to reach out to the President of Lanier Federal Credit Union, which is Ms. Robin Simpson, our conversation from the beginning to the end went left. As Ms. Simpson continuously and rudely interrupted almost every sentence. If you are seeking a bank or a credit union, please do not even visit Lanier Federal Credit Union. I moved my Checking, Savings, and other accounts this month and could not be more relieved. I would like to thank Hall Co. Community Credit Union for providing excellent customer service during this difficult time. I am thankful that I have found my hometown banking team of experts that will be there for me.
