It's sad that you can't call and every get anyone at the bank that you use, only a central line to bank in Chattanooga, if anyone had told me using the teller outside put a 5day hold on any check you deposit, I would have never used the teller

No matter what day of week drive thru lanes shut down. They put to much technology in it for a community who only knows how to use rotary phones.

I've banked with TVFCU for many years and I've never had an issue with them until today. The downtown, Hamilton place, and hixson branches are always very friendly and fast. I stopped by the Fort Oglethorpe branch to co-sign for a friend and we literally were there for over 3 hours! We arrived around 1pm (to avoid the lunch crowd) and between waiting and signing process, it took over three hours. Marsha was helping us and left for lunch in the middle of the loan process and the other loan officers just stood around and said we'd have to wait for her to return. I basically had to miss half a day of work waiting to sign a loan that was prefiled online. Worst service ever!! Stay away from the Fort Oglethorpe location unless you want to waste an entire day waiting for inconsiderate and rude employees.
