Regions Bank in Fort Oglethorpe, GA

Horrible bank institute. I never post comments about anything, but when I can pull my funds out of this bank, without a penalty - I will. I hate this bank more that i hate my ex They have poor service. There jobs are so departmentalized, each person only knows there job, and can not help you in any other area, therefore, one person may tell you one thing, the another person gives you a different answer. Frustrating to deal with...for example , in trying to set up a bill pay from one regions account, to another persons regions account, the online person could not even provide me with the branches address. I was told to google it myself. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, FRUSTRATION AS H----!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfriendly staff. Difficulty getting anyone on the phone 1800 # says 15 min. wait. Branch # disconnected. New branch # will not get me to a person.....

It a good bank.i use it.

-Fees are terrible -Their "Verification" process often locks you out of your own account and is truly angering to the point of a stroke -Employees at Lee Highway branch are Lazy and do not want to help you -Nothing can be accomplished on the phone they want you to come in and "sign at the branch", and they tell you this after you have wasted 20 minutes on the phone. -Then you go to the branch and wait and deal with an employee who tells you you could have done it over the phone -THEY LOVE TO WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!! -I hate this bank and will be leaving as soon as possible

My first bank since 21 year old service great I am happy customer.
