The Southern Credit Union in Fayetteville, GA

Tried to make a payment over the phone with checking account and the RUDE lady didn't disclose the fee until the end. She says "are you authorizing SFCU to charge you a $10 convenience fee". Then I told her that I would just come in and she hung up on me!!! RUDE....If you don't like your job then get another one!!! LEARN some customer service skills!!!!!! This is not the first time an employee has been RUDE!!! If you are going to charge a "CONVENIENCE FEE" disclose it before the customer gives you all their account information...

I received a large check from this bank. After reviewing the bank information with my bank, I have come to believe that this bank doesn't actually exist and this check is an attempt to steal my bank information and my monies in that account. My recommendation is any checks received from this bank is a scam.
