Ever since Mrs. Stacy left it has been kind of blahhhh. They don't greet you when you walk in or when you pull thru the drive thru.....not as friendly as they were..and whoever is new at the drive thru is very slow and inattentive

My girlfriend and I were waiting for service for about 20 minutes before someone even acknowledged us (mind you it was only one other person in there with us at the time)! Then after we were told someone would be right with us, they proceeded to serve people who walked in after us. Horrible customer service, very unsatified.
