Regions Bank in Duluth, GA

1000 X better than Bank of America.

I have been with regions for about two years now and I absolutely hate this bank and plan on switching to another bank as soon as humanly pissible. This is the only bank I know of that has the most outlandish stipulations in regards to depositing checks and things of that nature. I would never recommend them to anyone!

Regions is trash all atms are broke can't even pay my bills!!!

I went into the office 1/16/2016 to make a deposit to my new account and needed to speak with someone in the office, There was no one there greeting customers only a bank teller helping a customer. I walked further into the office to see if I could find someone to speak to about my account and saw a woman sitting at her desk texting. After several attempts to get her attention, I went closer to her door and asked if she could help me. She behaved as if I was bothering her and was very rude during the entire process. As I was filling out information she greeted and acknowledge another customer; however, I did not receive the same customer service. I felt rushed because she kept walking in and out of the office and standing over me until I finshed filling out my deposit slip. She then told me I could take it to the teller. I could say her name, but she knows who she is and the lack of service she offered. This is a new account and I am disappointed in the fact that I am probably going to have problems with this location.

Stephanie Medeiros was the laziest drive thru teller. From when we pulled up to the moment we left took no less than 10 minutes and we were the only car in any of the four bays! Still love Regions, just one bad experience especially because I was in a hurry.
