My salesman was Christopher Bridges as we walked in the door he smiled and asked how can he help me. I told him what we needed and he put the plan in motion. The sale was great no pressure or stress from him at all. I think he is a great people person. The sales manager got us approve in a half an hour. Our sale manager was Jason Pearson. We went quickly from feeling nervous about buying a car to feeling right at home and confident. Our favorite part of the experience was the customer service we received from Christopher Bridges. He made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. And since they do not work on commission, there was no push to get a car we couldn't afford. He educated us every step of the way on what buying a car really means. Although the first car we chose did not live up to my fiance's expectations, returning the car and finding him a new one was fast, fun and easy. Thank you for having such a smooth experience! I did do my research before I went into Drive Time in Duluth. I figured out what car I wanted or what I wanted to look for and how much the cars were going for. That took about 3 days before I walked through the door. As long as you're prepared with your paperwork you could be done in 2 to 3 hours. Also, if you don't see the car you want, they will arrange to have it brought to you as long as it's in the state. After looking on the lot, I saw a few of my selected choices and I ended up with a perfect car right from their lot! It was one of my choices but with all the bells and whistles. Thank you again!
