United Community Bank in Douglasville, GA

Worst customer service among all banks. Clerks there are just getting their hours not to do there job. I've enough at this moment i m never going back there again.

Extremely rude and dismissive staff. Heavens forbid you don't have the bills facing one direction on a deposit. This is the only bank that has trouble counting bills on their machines if they aren't in one direction. Update your machines and stop acting like you need to flip though hoops to flip bills while you are sitting all day. The staff acts like it such a hassle. I also noticed an all Caucasian staff. Which is interesting because the one in Marietta square has an all Caucasion staff as well. Disgusting.

Great bank. Super fast

I have had money in my checking account at the Douglasville branch of UCB for several years. I rarely write checks on this account. Recently I submitted a payment to my credit card co. written on a counter check at this bank to pay for a computer i purchased. Although I had way more money in my acct to cover this check, UNC refused to release the funds therefore; my check was returned! This is THE MOST INCOMPETENT BANK I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. I WILL BE REMOVING MY MONEY!
