I just hung up the phone with the Wells Fargo customer service department asking to have a nine dollar service charge removed because they made a mistake when my account was opened. What a joke, I spent 30 minutes ARGUING with their customer service over $9.00. As a U.S. Veteran I should have stayed with my Chase bank account and never moved to Wells Fargo. They have done noting but put one service charge after another on my two accounts and I have to call the EVERY month to have them removed. Chase bank is the absolutely best bank for veterans without a doubt. Today is Veterans Day and I have made a promise to myself to close both of my accounts tomorrow, restart my direct deposit with my Chase account and to select a new company for my mortgage on the house we are buying. I will never do business with a bank that treats me so poorly. Unacceptable.
