I absolutely LOVE Ronda Nelson. She gave me the best banking experience thus far and I bank with 2 others. Awesome customer service skills and she explains everything so clear! Nice to know great to know customer service skills hasn't died.

This use to be a very nice process in the Drive-Thru until recently. There are only 2 tellers at the window and sometimes 1 teller. They need to have more employees at the window. The employees are nice and are courteous and that is why I didn't give 2 stars.

I went to get a large amount of money and they told me that they didn't have it, I would have to order it. It was not ten thousands dollars. When have you ever heard of a financial institution not having money. I was not please at all. My money I needed was for my mortgage now I have to pay not charges.

Sat for 20 mins waiting to open a account and get info. They passed me over for two ladies that came in behind me maybe if I was a female I could get help here try another spot if ur not showing skin only person to acknowledge I was there was the yard telling me to get off my phone while I wait and send this. Great job!!!
