Cash America Pawn in Dalton, GA

I just want to say, that after a very exhausting search of ALL the nasty, gloomy, with very poor lighting, unfriendliness, and over priced merchandise, (of very poor quality) pawn shops in Dalton Ga. Just to find a nice piece of jewelry for Christmas! Well...I was done!! On my way home! When I saw Cash America! I actually thought that it was a payday advance loan place. But, I stoped anyway. OMG.. That place is Awesome!! I was in there for about 2 hrs. Shopping!! Have been back several times since! Management & staff was very knowledgeable & friendly!! In helping me to find that perfect piece of jewelry!! Store was very clean & organizanize w/excellent lighting! Cash America... definitely 5 STAR!!

This place sucks they want you to pay more for broken stuff than anything else

They either lost or stole my pawned goods and acted like nothing! Bad business ran by an irresposible staff!!!

Be careful when leaving your valuables with this people! If it becomes lost or stolen the ignorant manager is so irresponsible by lying about it and pretending that he is looking for your property and end of story! These unprofessional people needs to get fired starting with the manager!!!!

People needs to watch out with that salvadorian that is working as manager at this location, he lost our merchandise and he is nothing but an irresponsible punk that will arrogantly tell you that they "lost" your property! He is dumb and ignorant enough to check their in store surveillance only to see that you did leave your property with them and they either stole it or dumb irresponsible employees lost it, then he just acts like he is doing you a favor by looking for it and if it's not there than that's the end of it! He needs to get fired!
