Best banking services in town, very profesional clerks

I've called all morning and I've got no answer I've called over 20 times to get no response. Go into the bank and you have available employees standing around ..

Won't answer their telephone at the branch.

They will do anything to steal money from you. Fees for everything they are absolute theives.

This bank is not customer service aligned. No one answers the phone. They don't open on Saturdays, not even for a few hours for a drop off or deposit. My location, also my available hours makes working with this bank bad enough. But then consider between BOA not answering their phone and their not open on weekends surely makes for difficult banking. In fact I have never had such difficulty dealing with a bank as this one. It doesn't deserve even one star but this "rate & review" is set up so that one must "click" on a star to submit a review. Thus it tallies the other stars (or even half stars) and it then gives it a false rating of -2.5 stars. Totally undeserving. I am looking for a way to contact CEO Brian Moynihan, as I have more concerns than those listed here.
