Worst company to deal with. Email a simple question and they write you a sentence back stating you need to call rather than just a yes or no response. I will never deal with them again and wouldn't advise anyone else to. If you are a day late they blow your phone up every hour as well. I tried to communicate with them to keep my account from going into default and they would NOT communicate back. UGH. If there was a ZERO STAR that is what they would have gotten.
