THIS IS THE MOST INCOMPETENT BANK IN THE WORLD! THEY GAVE MY DRIVERS LICENSE AND DEBIT CARD TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER! A DISHONEST ONE AT THAT. ALSO, DID NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THE SITUATION. VERY, VERY INCOMPETENT!

First Union was great, Wachovia was very good too. My experience with WELLS FARGO HAS BEEN AWFUL, WRETCHED. THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY CANNOT SOLVE SIMPLE PROBLEMS AND WAIT TIMES ARE EXCESSIVE. WELLS FARGO MANAGERS NEED TO GET OUT INTO THE FIELD AND USE THEIR HOPEFUL TALENT TO GET SOME BUSINESS SENSE THAT APPEALS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE INSTITUION.

Once again yesterday, 08/22/16 I went to use the ATM to make a deposit and after going through the process and inserting the checks to be deposited, I received an "unable to process at this time" notice so I had to make a manual deposit in the overnight box. Very shabby.

The employees are great, but since Wells Fargo took over the mail constantly delivers news of another price or fee increase. The good thing is...in 40 years (different names) they have never made a mistake on my accounts.

The drive through ATM at the Bank on Ga. 142 in Covington, GA 30014 rarely works correctly. This has been going on for over a year. Many times it indicates "Not Accepting Deposits at This Time" and other times it doesn't dispense cash. The most irritating problem is not being able to make deposits. The ATM was either refurbished or replaced a few months ago, but the problem remains the same. I make a deposit each week or more often and more than 50% of the time, it doesn't take deposits. Very frustrating.
