It is local. The tellers are friendly and local staff do their best. It has some issues though.

Rachael in the drive thru is very nice and efficient. However Cheyenne in the lobby is the rudest person I've ever met. She has a condescending and snotty attitude if you say anything to her. She can't belittle herself enough to greet you otherwise. I would suggest going through the drive thru. Thought I'm not sure I want to bank there anymore as everyone in the lobby (other than Leila who I never see anymore) have horrible custimer service.

I am appalled at the comments below. Cheyenne has been more then attentive to our needs and has always greeted us with a smile the entire time she has been at the branch every time I have walked in. It's immature for a grown man to say such things about a little girl and call her a "b****" regardless of services received, have some class. There is no excuse to belittle the girls who dedicate their time and efforts to the bank "Katie Mays"...especially in certain positions you may hold in a "small town community" such as Crisp County. Christina, Stephanie, Kathy, and Tracy all work their hardest to provide exceptional customer service to everyone if given an honest chance. I pray for you Mr. Ryan and Ms. Katie. The girls at the branch are a family with their customers and do care about one another, maybe you should find other banking options if a family friendly and community oriented bank isn't your fit....
