DO NOT BUY HERE!!! (MARK), Poor management & communication skills ... My car was looked at 3 weeks ago as I arrived to pick it up. There were multiple issues that still occurred with my vehicle. All the while I'm obligated to pay on a car that isn't even in OK condition for the road. I was told for nearly a week that I would receive a call back from the mechanic who worked on my vehicle and everyday since then I've called after never receiving any calls from anyone at all. I was put on hold for several consecutive days and eventually neglected all together. I have yet to speak with any mechanic there as promised. I have to trust that the issues are fixed this time given a 90 day warranty that's not upheld genuinely. I was hung up on this morning by the manager himself while I calmly tried explaining my issues. He spoke over me constantly before I stated all of my issues. Rude! Although some can be a help there. They fall under a poor umbrella due to the lack of proper support from their manager MARK. I DO NOT recommend this as a place of business. Please check into the BBB (Better Business Bureau) before conducting business here or else you'll be stuck with payments with no clear communication on how to fix the issues that were promised in contract.
