Teller by the name of Tania gave Excellent customer service during my visit. I usually go to Fayetteville but will now go to this location bc of her! She makes my banking experience worth while

Not good. They made me close my account via mail vs going into a branch several years back and when i did so they said they never received my closing account signature. Yes I know confusing. So i now pay the price every time i want to take out a loan over a $35 late payment on a card that was cancelled. Very unethical, very disappointed and very big business. Work with someone who cares about you. I would have given them 0 stars if that was an option.

Everytime I come to the bank, they give me excellent customer service. I do not have any complaints at all.

I wish they would stop moving bankers from branch to branch. Makes it impossible to build a relationship and feel like more than just a number.
