I've never had a bad experience with anyone at this bank. They are always so cordial and prompt to respond to my needs

Justin was very helpful when I lost my debit card.... again :-). He also was able to give me a few options on financial planning that was very helpful. In a day when customer service is sometimes lacking, Justin was definitely a breath of fresh air. This is why I continue to bank with Wells Fargo!

I have very bad experience with this branch. One mistake from them costed me $300. I called the Wells Fargo customer service, this branch representative denied the mistake they did, and pretended like they have never served me.
