By far the worst credit union I have ever dealt with. They NEVER process our payment on time, even though I send them the check in advance(two weeks prior to it being due). They never want to talk over the phone about anything and we live out of state so it's not possible to just drive there to discuss a piece of paper. I am LIVID and am tempted to just let them repo the vehicle we are paying on threw them!!!!

The staff is by far the most professional I have come by. They are willing to go out of their way to assist you. I can't imagine belonging to any other banking institution. The branch manager is the most personable and available manager I have ever seen! Keep up the good work :)

The service inside is better than most places, but their website never works and their app is the same way. That wouldn't be much of an issue if they had more convenient locations, but it does make it a nuisance to try and manage money with them when the website is so outdated and never working as well as the app.
