Bank of America Financial Center in Cartersville, GA

Not enough tellers! Got there early to take care of some tax-related business but had to wait in line 27 minutes because only one teller was working - made me late for work! Need more employees to assist customers!

The Cartersville branch needs more tellers or something. Idk why they think it's ok to have people waiting twenty to thirty minutes just to take care of a simple request.

Professional and expert customer service representatives. The man here in charge of relations is a paragon of professionalism.

Deplorable. The branch manager would rather walk around and ignore customers. The other​ employee have attitude and would rather blow smoke up your back side than to actually conduct business.

The lack of tellers is astounding. There's rarely more than one teller working the desk inside but there's always a greeter asking if they can help. Heck yes you can help! Jump behind that counter and move some people through so I don't have to stand here for 45 minutes just to get change. And don't get me started on the genius that thought it was a good idea to put an ATM in front of the night deposit. That person needs to be kicked in the teeth.
