I hope you never need to call this branch bank as it is IMPOSSIBLE to get them to answer the phone. I have tried at multiple times on multiple days and they NEVER pick up. As a result, I had to drive 40 miles to the branch to get an answer to my simple but important question! Terrible customer service. I guess they are too big to care about their customers anymore.

Calling: There does not seem to be personnel available to answer calls. It is impossible to speak with a bank officer or a customer representative. Not good business practices at all. Most unfortunate...

If I could give it zero stars I would had to wait for a long time to talk to someone and then she didn't know what to do she had to go and ask about what to do

I went in to this location for a simple question for the Branch Manager - she was too busy to take two minutes to answer a specific question instead wanted me to wait for somebody else who is not even on the property. This is another example of poor customer service by this bank. Same experience with a branch in Marietta truly wants me to utilize the community bank where customer service is valued
