Hi my name is Louisa miller. I work at ruby Tuesday in the glynn place mall behind your establishment. I am commenting on a certain incident that my son who patronizes your establishment ..not sure on the date, sometime in the last two weeks . He told a very sad and disturbing story of an elderly gentleman who desperately needed to use the restroom. Now I work at the mall so I am aware of recent. Crimes in your establishment . And I noticed the extra security, but as this elderly gentleman asked for assistance ...he was informed that there were no public facilities. This is the disturbing part as he was not allowed to use the restroom he urinated on himself ...as he exited, the manager not only said "how disgusting "but laughed at the. Elderly gentleman. I am truly disturbed at the way this customer service was handled. But I am more disgusted at the lack of decency the manager had as she laughed and ridiculed this elderly gentleman ..as I stated I was not present but I would greatly appreciate if you can look into this. I believe with an extra security the elderly gentleman could have been escorted to the restroom, and then maybe your manager would not have had something to laugh at. I am truly disturbed by this incident ..please look into this I'm sure you have video of this. I will continue to tell this story not only to my customers but to everyone I come across, I am hoping to also include the way this management was reprimanded and taught kindness, compassion and true customer service. Sincerely, Louisa miller

This bank has the worst customer service I have ever heard of. They can't be reached by phone 95 percent of the time. They manipulate drafts and deposits in an effort to create an overdraft on your accounts. If you need to discuss an error they send out letters without any identifying names so you can get any help. They fraudulently without money from your account. Why in God's name would anyone want to bank with them.
