Regions Bank in Ball Ground, GA

I want everyone to know that the main reason I stay with Regions Bank is because of the personal service and assistance I get at the Ball Ground branch. We have banked with Regions for over 25 years and we still can call or go into the Ball Ground branch and never feel like we aren't getting the best of care. Wouldn't cash my check. Had an account there for 10 plus years but moved due to they are not helpful and are very unprofessional. However I owed a friend some money she went by to to cash the check, they held my check for like 15-20 min. then told her they couldn't cash. well it wasn't due to lack of funds in my account and i was paying them an extra $7 to just cash it. They knew the girl our business has used them for over 30 years they see her every day and they know me. They even went as far to ask what the money was for??? That was the last straw I will NEVER do business there again and will refer people not to use them I was very upset and my friend was put on the spot there in front of other people. was uncalled for I don't understand their way of banking at all.

Everyone seems friendly at this location. But if Jennifer is there, I will wait for her. Very nice and helpful.
