Bank of America Financial Center in Augusta, GA

They really do need more associate at all their banks, they have long lines ,they want us to use the atm machines to cut out paying associates.it miserable to go to any of the banks on the first of the month.

Terrible... The teller locked the door in my face ... Let someone else in right before me... All I did was hesitate a few seconds to make sure I had my wallet and when I reached for the door she locked it. And I know for a fact she saw me behind this person ... Looked me in my eyes so I am very outraged. I'd hate to think its cause I am african American but I won't got there but I will never do business at that bank again!!!

Terrible customer service very slow drive tellers are always closed before the bank itself closes

It's early on a Saturday. And this bank didn't have an open drive through. Heck, there's only two that I know of that have open drive throughs during the week. I get inside to wait in a long line because only two of the THREE tellers are actually working while two other ladies sir by the side talking amongst themselves. When I finally get to a teller, she's rude as can be and was talking about how slow I was being to the other teller like I couldn't hear her! Not to mention, she was the one teller not working when I got there. My husband and I were talking about opening an account here because we pay our house payment to an account set up here but I'd rather not bother with this bank at all after today. And this isn't the first bad experience I've had. Just finally felt like leaving a review.
