I was in a great dilemma and the folks at Fortiva really helped me a lot. Everyone that I spoke with was very helpful and when they said someone would call me back, it really happened!!. I have never dealt with a company that was so professional, understanding, and I felt just genuinely concerned about their customers satisfaction. I commend the great folks a Fortiva for great customer service.

Absolutely HORRIBLE to do business with! Do not apply with them EVER! I had an issue where I needed some help from a debt management program. They agreed to repayment and have black marked me every single month despite getting double the minimum payment under the plan. Steer clear of this lender at all costs!

This has been the only loan company that I've had a bad experience with, enough to take the time to write a review. All other companies tend to have a good team set up where the staff is easy to reach when you need to make changes, such as bank account changes and address so you're up to date with your account. However, Fortiva has the most unprofessional customer service team, they processed the payoff amount from my new bank account and after a month of trying to have them reverse that transaction that was not authorized, I have yet to hear from them with answers. Every time I call I am issued an additional 2 business days, even when speaking to a manager, I also do not know if they go through any training, they do not seem knowledgeable in the process of such cases. But anyways save yourself the trouble and finance through Apple. I will be reading reviews from now on before making any decisions. You would think they would offer good service if they require a good credit score.
