Anchor Home Mortgage really makes the mortgage process easy. The hardest part of the process for me was actually looking for a home- not applying and finalizing the mortgage. They were able to get me a great interest rate even with less than perfect credit and a negotiable down payment. Responses were super quick. No waiting on a reply like with the big box companies. Highly recommended and will use them when buying a home in the future.

Please if someone wants a pleasant mortgage experience DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. What they say on their website "We are so committed to your satisfaction that we GUARANTEE it!" is not true. We closed a mortgage for my sister in law through this company this week. We were so transparent and provided all information when asked immediately. They say one thing and do another. In summary, our experience - they committed to a lender credit and paid $400 less. Because of their mess, closing got put off by 1 week and costed us $1,500 + other expenses for literally a $15 verification which they did not care to solve. They work very hard to make every matter complex and they are notorious to blame everyone else other than them. In short they know the art of making life hell to their customers without any shame. There is no negative star rating to give. Please keep away from this company .
