Worst experience I can think of. Someone else mentioned the incompetence of the branch manager Max Stone and I concur. I am dealing with Brannon Biddy and it has taken 34 days and we still don't have our appraisal. I'm afraid they are trying to get us pass the 60-day lock because interest have risen and they want to charge a higher rate. They have already tried to get us to go to a 30 year instead of a 15 year. I asked for Max Stone's manager and now he has gone silent. Worst experience and this coming from someone with 15 years of real estate experience.
