Denco Air Conditioning & Heating uses Microf Financial to assist customers who have less than perfect credit scores. Their No Credit Check program is a blessing to my customers. I could not ask for a better company to have on my side. I do hope soon that they will offer financing to A* B lines of credit as well. If you are needing a new HVAC system I recommend using Microf for financing.

Because they listen to your concerns and needs,Very helpful .I had a stroke and heartattack and my system went out and was unable to purchase another one.It had to be God sent them to answer my prayers I were approved.But, lately last month our city were hit by a disaster storm in which everyone mostly got flooded out.Thank god we're still alive.Please!Pray for our recovery. Dealing with Microf has its ups and downs. The product and concept is great. Provide our customers with "hassle free Hvac financing" unfortunately it's anything but that. I have only done a few contracts with them. But in the experience it has taken some of my customers weeks to get the approval they need. This is unacceptable in my book due to extreme heat and cold conditions we can face in the east. Overall is a good product just seems like they hire anyone to take care of the contracts.

I called about financing a new ac unit. I had a down payment that covered just over half of the overall price, however they don't cover anything under $2,500. So, using their calculator (I spoke with their company on the phone about this), if they financed $2535 for me (rounded my down payment) I would have to pay $104/month for five years. That $2,536 just turned into $6240! The total price for my unit, installation and all, without my down payment, is $3,635! If that were an interest rate, that would be illegal (over 300%). They get away with it by calling it a finance fee. Does this sound affordable to you?
