ATM constantly broken. Really crappy call center hours. I just want to deposit money into my account but now im considering closing my account.

We bank here and love the service. Our business has accounts here as well. Very good customer service

This place is the worst. As in it is 2017 and I can't set up auto payments for my credit card or car loan. I can't even call to make a payment without a $12 fee?! So I have to get cash from an ATM then go all the way to acworth from cartersville. Super inconvenient. I can't check my credit card balance on the phone unless I have my actual account number... do most people just carry their account numbers around? I called asking about refinancing my car to get my fathers name off (he consigned) I told them I have to take time off work and make a special trip to acworth just for this so I needed to know every thing I needed, she told me I was good just needed my id. When I go in she tells me I have to pay $2000 out of pocket just to get my dad's name off! My car doesn't have the same value as when I bought it due to mileage, waste of my time as well as theirs. As soon as I pay my car off I will not be doing business with them. I do appreciate helping me get my first car but this place is very very inconvenient.

absolute worst banking institution in the entire world. I have never met a more incompetent bunch of clowns in my whole life. One lady that works here, her name started with a "K", do t remember exactly what her name is but I know it started with a "k". She was totally rude and dismissive. I could tell that she didn't want to be talking to me and wished that I would just flush myself down the toilet and then package myself into an old hotdog bag and then launch the thing into deep space. Extreme, I know but that is the feeling I got from her. It was so obvious that she just wanted to go home and give ear drops to old cats or something. She IMMEDIATELY said no to all my requests so that I would leave out of her bank and out of her life forever. This post is not a joke. She couldn't even be bothered to stand up from her desk or even introduce herself.
