Jay is very knowledgeable on the technical side of servicing loans however he lacks any ability to service clients. He was always very hard to get a hold of and our point of contact was not knowledgeable at all which made it very frustrating. As first time homebuyers, it would have been nice for him to communicate with us before sending us documents but he did not anticipate our needs and instead waited for us to reach out. His team was able to get our loan serviced in 30 days so we closed at a reasonable time but overall the experience was poor - would not recommend him to first time homebuyers.

Got harassed when I switched to a different lender who actually knew what they were doing. You will also receive spam emails. I advise using someone else.

The loan process with Jay and his team was a 10 out of 10. It was FIRST CLASS SERVICE through every step. They are efficient and everyone on the team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their communication was excellent and always kept everyone in the loop. If you are looking at buying a home I highly suggestion working with Jay and his team.

I can't say enough about Jay White and his team. As a corporate manager I have encountered my fair share of those who work really hard to keep their promises and other who are the exact opposite. Jay is a man of his word, he will work diligently for you and your family and will not make empty promises that he can not keep. My family and I have purchased three homes in our lifetime, this being our last hopefully, and we have never had an experience like this one. If you are looking for someone who is committed to you and your family and not just the process - Jay White is the guy for the job. I would recommend him a thousand times fold. We closed on our home almost a month ago, and we have been getting settled in, but I couldn't allow another day to go by without acknowledging him for all that he did to help make our dreams a reality.
