Regions Bank in Winter Springs, FL

I enjoy going into this branch. They are so pleasant, courteous and will go above and beyond to make sure you are being taken care of.

I won't be doing business with Regions again. I came to Regions for a Construction Loan. They strung me along for 5 months, saying they could do a lot and construction loan. Then, changed their mind. It was actually a mistake, but no one would admit they did anything wrong, or apologize. They wasted my time and duped me. Sue Finsterer was nice, and I even had to talk to her manager Ron Rawson, but they never could admit they messed up bigtime. I have perfect credit score, and it was a large loan - so clearly even great clients don't mean anything to them. I'd hate to see how they treat people with lesser qualifications.

How is any working adult with a 9 to 5 job supposed to get in there and bank with hours like these? No Saturdays, 9 to 4 almost every other day of the week. Completely unrealistic. They obviously put customer service at the bottom of their list of priorities, and giving themselves sweet, cushy hours at the top.

This bank has a very lazy inconsiderate staff I believe they took my ID to cash one of my checks and didn't give it back to me and when I went back to the bank to ask them to check they would even get off their fat asses and go look for it just to see if you was there so now I have to get a whole new idea it's the weekend I can't cash my check and that bank sucks ass lazy fat bi****

They lied and said if I made it a couple minutes after it closes they'd still cash my check but didn't wanna open the door when I got there after I paid someone to get a ride there
