Chris and Sue are great! I've just completed my fourth mortgage with them in last ten years and they are always prompt returning emails and calls, answering all questions and with always a great attitude. They are and will be my only brokers.

The level of knowledge, experience and professionalism that Sue has is incredible, also Chris and the rest of the team are so professional and very helpful. Before i heard about First Florida Lending it seemed very difficult to get a mortgage, i was turned down by a bank and by another broker from the first phone call because i was just moved from another State and only been on my current job for about 8 month, but someone told me about Sue so i called her, after she listened to me she said "i think i can help you", and she made it happen. During the transaction Sue and Chris were alwayes there for me, any time i call, anytime i email and anything i ask; i get the right answers promptly on the spot, they know there thing like a surgeon, no guess work involved. The process to get a mortgage sure is very stressful but no matter what i say i will not be able to describe the level of confidence and comfort i had dealing with them. I'm writing this review to say Thank You to Sue, Chris and the rest of First Florida Lending's staff who made it possible for me, my wife and my children to have a house so we can finaly call Florida "our home". ***WELCOME HOME***

I shopped around and they had the best rates for a VA loan. Another plus is that they have a local office in Orlando, so it was nice to seem them face to face when needed. Sue and Chris did a great job with any issues that arose and answered all my questions promptly. I highly recommend anyone who is needing a home loan in the Orlando area to give them a call.
