Partners Federal Credit Union in Winter Garden, FL

Partners manipulates accounts. I was advised by a representative to not pay my rent for a month in order to pay back the exorbitant amount of overdrafts fees they charged me. She told me, "Don't worry. I used to do repos and evictions. They won't kick you out unless it is three months no pay." Should someone like this really be working at a financial institution?

They don't have 24 hour or weekend customer service. I was trying to get a money order and was told my branch needed to raise my daily limit in order to do so. I was in formed non of the branches on the East coast or West coast could be contacted (even through CA branches were open) because it was a Saturday. I was informed the customer service line was a 3rd party contractor and they did have access to all the resources needed to help customer outside of business hours or on weekend. I may have lost my place to live in a month because of this lack of customer service.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly staff. Very professional and outstanding on customer service.

I do believe that Partners can be manipulative in order to capitalise on its members. However the reality is most financial institutions that I have ever done business with have actually been far worse. At the very least the staff working here are kind and will work with you most of the time. But no way are they perfect or deserving of 5 stars.

PARTNERS STOLE MY CAR! I am a family of 7. I did fall behind on my loan payments. Twice. I got caught up and then behind once again. I was only 60days past due. On GOOD FRIDAY I called the loan manager at 5:00 (because I got paid) They did not answer. That night they repoed my car! On EASTER WEEKEND! I called promptly Monday morning, explained my single income family situation. Offered to pay my past due and any fees associated with my account. They denied me! Now I have no vehicle! I strongly urge ANYONE not to do business with Partners!
