Complete waste of time. The most inefficient and poor customer service I've ever encountered. They do not have a sign in sheet for customers waiting for issues such as 'new accounts' so they have no clue who is waiting or how long they have been there. I waited over an hour only to see several customers helped before me and another gentleman who waited there longer than I did. When I brought it to their attention, instead of taking responsibility for the poor customer service, the guy tries to tell me that I said I wasn't waiting for anything! He asked specifically when I first got there "are you guys waiting to see someone in particular"? I answered "No, just a new account" and the other people answered him as well. So after complaining about my wait, he said he would be right there to help me...I told him he can't take me first because another gentleman has been waiting longer than I have and that wouldn't be fair. So he rudely asks" oh you two aren't together"? I'm sorry but just because we were both Hispanic does not mean we know eachother! Rude and disrespectful to say the least! At this point I decided to leave and do business elsewhere. Time for some serious customer service training and possibly some better management and organization...it shouldn't be a cluster u know what, when customers are waiting to be seen! Not a classy place at all, I expect more from a bank.

HORRIBLE! I've never seen such incompetence. Stay away from this branch they are the opposite of helpful! I was trying to deposit a check and had one digit incorrect, instead of looking up the account with the name and address (which other Wells Fargo locations/other banks have done before) the teller states she can not look up the account, like I was bothering her with work. Really!? The five star reviews below must be from employees!
