Royal Pawn & Jewelry Inc in West Palm Beach, FL

Did not appreciate the way I was treated coming here. We were not looking to pawn anything, but we were there looking to purchase a trombone. The gentleman that assisted us was very rude and disrespectful with how he spoke to my daughter. I would not recommend going to this pawn shop unless you want to be treated like a scum bag by someone with the demeanor of a shady used car salesman.

Royal Pawn & Jewelry is amazing, they helped me out when I had questions about some jewelry my grandmother left me and my sister. They were friendly and knowledgeable, this was actually the third pawn shop I went to because no one seemed to know what they were talking about and they were offering almost nothing on some very expensive pieces. They gave me the best price and were respectful. I highly recommend this place and I'm glad I looked around and found them.

The service was absolutely appalling. Normally, I don't bother writing reviews, but the experience was so terrible, I just couldn't let it go. I have simply never been exposed to such unprofessional or rude employees before, and I will NEVER return there. I also implore anyone else passing this store to avoid it like the plague unless you like being treated like you're a waste of their time unless you're going to make hasty decisions to give them the business they want.

My wife and I came to this pawn shop a week ago because it was recommended by a friend. I was trying to pawn a TV I bought not two weeks ago because I was moving out of state. The owner only wanted to give me $50 for it. I attempted to negotiate a higher price, but he would only negotiate with my wife. They went to the back office for about half an hour, and he came back offering $600. I happily accepted. You would think I would rate this "business" five stars, but last night I saw a video of this man and my wife on PornHub! Do not go to this "business" (and I use this term as loosely as my wife after this experience) unless you plan to sell your significant other to this nasty man! Needless to say, my friend and I are no longer friends, and my wife and I are getting a divorce. This pawn shop ruined my life!

Never in my life have I been treated so badly by a business. I just needed a few bucks to hold me over until payday, so I pawned my wedding ring. The guy behind the counter assured me that it would be safe and that I had nothing to worry about. So a week goes by and I come back for it and he's wearing my ring! Not only that but when I point it out he calls it a cheap piece of (you know what) and throws it at me! The ring is white gold with 3 diamonds. It cost me $400. It isn't cheap or a poop. Anyhow, after I paid him he told me he'd keep it the next time and that it should be his. Needless to say I'm never going near this place again!
