Guardians Credit Union in West Palm Beach, FL

Guardians has played a vital role in my financial goals for almost 5 years. They were even able to lower the interest on my car loan as my credit improved, something a bank would never do! The CU will always be my primary financial institution.

I heard great things about credit union in regards to auto loans, but when I submitted my applications online, I soon realized that their staff is incompetent and extremely careless. My application was time sensitive and I only had 7 days to switch financial companies when I bought my car. Cari-Lynn Mojena took over my application but all she did, and I quote from her supervisor, was to put it to the side when she didn't receive complete info on my contract. She didn't bother calling me or emailing me to let me know that there was info missing even after I told her how much time I had to be able to make changes. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Because of Cari's negligence and lack of professionalism, I didn't get to switch financial companies and they lost three account with us. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR TIME. I really hope corporate sees this because it's EXTREMELY disappointing!!

Horrible... I've tried to log onto my account online (trust me, you will wait an hour if you call by phone-another indication that this bank has major issues) and i keep getting a message telling me that my browser doesn't meet the requirements. I've run Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer...none of them work. I suppose if you have a TANDY 1000 running DOS you will be fine. All of the bank computers belong in the Smithsonian. Dont waste your time with this bank.

We did not have a good experience with this CU. Wait times for service were often lenghty. Staff is knowledgeable but 45 minutes to see a bank representative is too long. We closed the account.
