I called them because my current loans were really high and they offered me a nice payment option. Their customer service was great and i have to mention two people that helped out, Andy and Kathy both were really nice and more than professional. These people are a scam, run. They are rude and refuse to give me a refund and all they did was help me get my default in rehab. They told me not to file my 2015 taxes for 2016, which I did and my taxes were taken plus my wages were garished. The Department of Ed wrote me a letter stating that they question the validity of this company. The rep JESSICA, hung the phone up in my face when I tried to read the letter to her. I have requested twice that I get a portion of my money back and she told me I will not get one. I will be done with my rehab on the 28th of Jan. 2017 and no one has called to inform me on what is next. They are hustlers and they will charge you for a service you can do yourself.
