TERRIBLE BANK ! my mom put a 500$ on to her bank card using the ATM and we went to Wal-Mart did shopping and went to go.use the card it was declined... We went back.to.Wells Fargo and not only were the employees rude and un helpful the machine held my moms money till tomorrow .. the reason we still dont know the employee's said it's the risk you take using the ATM which I thought was completely unprofessional behavior but my mom has been at wells Fargo for almost 2 years now every time she used the ATM no problem.. the employees also told us to find out the number for the ATM also no.help there ..... I would high recommend a new staff...
