You know there are lots of other banks to choose from! Rather than wasting your time writing your reviews, you could be depositing your money into another account at another bank. ...And Carlos, it's unfortunate that you were inconvenienced by the ATM malfunction; but I can understand exactly why the teller would request an ID from you. I would think that you would appreciate the fact that she cares enough to make sure that your card doesn't fall into the hands of the wrong person. ...and for the guy who has to work during banking hours? Well that's just a part of life. Businesses do not rearrange their schedules to accommodate. If you need to see a doctor, what would you do? You would rearrange your schedule, or take time from work to make it during your doctor's business hours. So is to be said with any other business that operates during normal business hours. You people just don't get it!

Very bad I have a business account but this bank has always broke down commercial drive thru. And never replied phone calls.

Mangers there are terrible and clearly don't care about the staff.

The slowest service of any Wells Fargo branch I have been to. Does not matter the time of day it always takes long to be serviced. Whether inside or in Drive thru. If you are in a rush or just wanna get in and out do not come here. Go to the one on Fowler
