I've never had a problem with getting good customer service here. I have a business account as well and have had no problems. You are not face to face with the tellers and that's OK with me. When people stop robbing banks then maybe do it different. For now their safety is more important.

I thought it was great. I could do everything from the drive-through OR by walking in. Even network banking can be done through the drive-through.

Very inconvenience hours, closed Mondays, open 9am most days 10 others! Doesn't have many features that different from a regular bank. No credit assistance no pay advance loans.... won't be a member for much longer

This is the worst experience at a drive through ever. About 100 customers waiting because they decided to close early Thursday and reopen Tuesday for their convenience. What a joke 1.15 hours to deposit some money. What a great business decision that was. Never again will go to this credit union. Completely insane.
