People here are unable to process payments. Thursday at 12:45pm I walked in there to make a payment and they told me to go Downtown. They also told me I can make a payment online with my credit card with no fee. Not true, GTE robs you of $20 every time you make a payment online. SCAMMMMMMM

Went to the location Google SAID it was at. Walked around in the heat for 40 minutes til I finally called and waited for someone to tell me the exact location (which is the same location my GPS said) so I walked around for another 30 minutes looking come to find out the location wasn't even there! the building was completely empty and locked! so whoever I spoke to, and Google is WRONG. there is NO ybor location for this bank! they will lie to you and waste your time and not even care!
