Extremely poor customer service. The level of unprofessionalism is mind blowing. Behind in modern banking technology. Not a lot of perks for being a member. A lot of the people who worked here when I originally started banking with them have moved on, however the new set of staff are not so great. The customer service and member support has gone way down hill. If you are in the market for a credit union.... Keep looking.

Great customer service everytime I go. They always go out of their way every time I ask for something out of the ordinary. Been a member for years and I've never had a complaint. I've had loans with them and they always bend over backwards helping me through the process. My daughter has an account with them too and she says 5 stars too. :)
