I have always loved this store until recently when I experienced horrible service. Kathy always assisted me and my husband with great customer service and a please pleasant attitude. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I recently visited the store and she was not there and received the worst service. I was so disgusted I put everything else I was going to purchase down and left after the employee took the item I wanted to buy out of my hand and said if it isn't going to be scrapped then she was going to buy it and tried to convince the manager it was missing a diamond later to find it wasn't. When I explained to the manager that Kathy normally assist me and I would rather work with her because she went on to speak badly of her. Prior to this manager and employee I give this location 5 stars since this new manager and employee I give this like negative 5!

I called a few minutes ago to ask about some pawning and selling. And the guy who picked up hung up on me after I started talking to him. According to him he didn't hear anyone on the phone but I could hear him very very clearly. I thought that to be very disrespectful. If you don't want any business then just say so.

Nasty, Nasty, Nasty. This store is filled with roaches. If you buy something from here inspect it really well. .or just save your money and go somewhere else. I've been in a few times and I've seen the workers, some seem worth it, but others(including the very young-doesn't-know-what-shes-doing manger) seem to do nothing but laze around. I went in one time a couple of days ago and I couldn't get a single worker to help me. They were all talking and playing games while customers stood by. so unprofessional, what is the manager doing? My manager would rip me a new one. On another note, I've found one or two buyable items in here, but prices were jacked and items were not taken care of. I know its a pawn shop, but do they not even dust? No matter what it's still a business, why isn't it ran like one, and instead ran like a hangout? Employees talk on their phones and screw around. I wont ever be going back which i'm sure they don't care cause its just a bunch of careless kids hanging around doing nothing but wasting everyone's time. Sad.

This place sucks... the management is terrible. I don't recommend doing business with them. Since the last manager has been gone, this place has gone so downhill. It's a waste bucket and I'd recommend the one on Southside over this place, hands down. I've gone in here and waited in line with one person at the counter while the "managers" sit in their office and run their mouths or play on their phones... then someone they know comes in and they don't help the person running the counter, they just talk to the person they know for 30-45 minutes and ignore the line... it's really sad. To say this place is beyond saving is being nice, please don't give these crooks your money and don't let them get you with their garbage loans. This place should either be restaffed managerially or shut down. I can't imagine working for these managers... They give ridiculous discounts to their friends and act nasty at the drop of a dime. No wonder most of the good staff didn't stick around...
