Bank of America Financial Center in Stuart, FL

service is insanely slow. don't blame the few employees that are doing their best.... usually a 15-30 minute wait to be seen. but they have lots of people there that can help you open an account. if you don't believe me just go there and see how slow it is

They locked the door in my face, shooing me away like a stray cat. Laughing as if it were a childish joke. 4 o'clock means 4 o'clock she said and locked the door... Can anyone guess my next move...

They do not answer their phone

Needed basic assistance with transferring money from one account to another, correcting a wrong name on a credit card, etc. They made the name change seem like I was legally changing my name, and the only way they could show me how to transfer was on my phone, as their computers "can't do that". Every other request was rejected with references to how big corporate "doesn't allow that" and every basic essential related to banking "isn't handled by management at the banking location". The number on the back of your card. Use it. This bank should be a bunch of ATMs. Bank of America as a company seems to be dwindling in customer service as they seemingly locked their staff out of accessing account information. The manager of the bank can't even see my credit card history. Considering switching banks entirely.

My only issue with this Bank is that its just to slow. I mean really slow!
