VyStar Credit Union in Starke, FL

Compared to other banks, Vystar is top notch, and I appreciate them being open until 6pm and their Saturday hours. What I do not appreciate is sitting in line for 20 minutes at the drive, then ten minutes after 6pm when I finally got the the screen, being told that they close at 6pm before even being greeted, then being advised that my car wasn't seen when I replied that I had been waiting forever. It's not my fault every dipstick in front of me wanted to be a pain and take all the time in the world. "Well I didn't see your car" could be misunderstood by the wrong customer as being called a liar. Then, the systems are down so I should use the ATM. Okay, well the stupid ATM puts a hold on deposits for two days so it said. So I wasted an epic amount of time and got talked to like a child. Please figure out some way to handle cutting the line off while still accommodating people who have actually waited. That would be superb.

Have an account with Vy Star and have always heard how good they are. I applied for a vehicle loan requesting half the cost of the car (the other half I was putting down in cash) and was declined with no explanation. I went to Capital City Bank and was approved.

Ok so vystar has been great to me.. I had trould with money being taken from my account and this sweet girl christie helped me change some stuff around and fix it... Only problem now is im going to be late on my loan payment (late fee) and maybe a couple days late on my first car payment but luckily, i think they give me a week or so grace period so that helps alot.... I love vystar and would not choose any other bank!!!!

Amazing customer service from the phone operator at the service center. Friendly, Energetic and Informative

Great place. Extremely clean and professional atmosphere. Law enforcement is always present during business hours, two ATM's on site, a coin counting machine free to members, same day consultations available, multiple teller lines both inside and drive through.
